Francisco Caputo is a founding partner of CBS based in Brasilia. He acts in high-risk cases and advises companies and financial institutions on a range of public and private matters. He is a Federal Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB (2019 - 2022) and a member of the National Council of Justice - CNJ. He is former president of the Federal District Bar Association - OAB/DF (2010-2012) and was a member of the Council of the Republic (2018-2021). From 2007 to 2010, he was Regional Director of the Center for the Study of Law Firms - CESA and legislative advisor to the National Confederation of Industry Council - CNI. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Assis Chateaubriand Foundation.

Alexandre has qualified and extensive experience in public-private relations, with great capacity in analysis and decision-making in highly complex situations, in coping with crises and in resolving conflicts. Federal Judge in Brasília, RS, PR and MT, he was a twice-appointed Federal Judge, Director of the Federal District and MT, Judge of the TRE/MT, the Coordinating Judge of the Judicial Conciliation Center - CEJUC and a member of the Intelligence Center to define strategies for solving lawsuits, both from the Federal Court of Justice in the Federal District (1991 - 2019). National Secretary of Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (2019 - 2021), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Geological Survey of Brazil/SGB-CPRM and Chairman of the Fiscal Council of the Petroleum Pre-Salt (2019 - July 2021). He was a law professor in undergraduate, graduate and initial training courses for Federal Judges and Public Prosecutors and has been giving lectures and participating in debates and interviews on Public Law topics for over 20 years. He was a member of the tender board for the judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Public Attorney's Office, and the Brazilian Bar Association. Director of Institutional Relations (2012 - 2014) and Director of Legal Affairs (2016 - 2017) of the Association of Federal Judges of Brazil - AJUFE.

He has been working with complex litigation and emblematic cases of large banks for over 30 years. He is recognized for his deep experience before CADE, Federal Courts, and Superior Courts. He has already been appointed by the Brazil/DF Bar Association to make up the list of the Fifth Constitutional Court for Judge of the Federal District and Territories Court of Justice — TJDFT.

With extensive experience defending executives and companies from various segments, she has acted in practically every operation initiated by the Federal Police in the last decade. Paula Lima has expertise in conducting internal investigations, with the differential of representing business interests, while guaranteeing the fundamental rights of the collaborators targeted by the investigation. She also develops compliance policies. In 2020, before the Superior Court of Justice, she conducted the leading case related to the closing of a criminal action brought against a businessman for the non-collection of declared ICMS.
