For the FinTech environment, it provides legal solutions for disruptive businesses in the segments of payment methods, microfinance, cryptocurrencies and assets, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), STOs, tokens, cybersecurity and cloud storage. Wagner Ferreira, 44, is a lawyer and referee. He has been working in the electricity sector for 17 years in the legal, regulatory and institutional aspects. He is a guest professor in courses related to energy law, an arbitrator by the FGV Mediation and Arbitration Chamber, a member of the Camarb Energy Committee, a member of the Fiscal Council of the Forum for the Environment and Sustainability of the Electricity Sector, and a member of the management committee of the consumer.gov platform of the Ministry of Justice.
