Francisco Caputo is a founding partner of CBS based in Brasilia. He acts in high-risk cases and advises companies and financial institutions on a range of public and private matters. He is a Federal Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association - OAB (2019 - 2022) and a member of the National Council of Justice - CNJ. He is former president of the Federal District Bar Association - OAB/DF (2010-2012) and was a member of the Council of the Republic (2018-2021). From 2007 to 2010, he was Regional Director of the Center for the Study of Law Firms - CESA and legislative advisor to the National Confederation of Industry Council - CNI. Wagner Ferreira, 44, is a lawyer and referee. He has been working in the electricity sector for 17 years in the legal, regulatory and institutional aspects. He is a guest professor in courses related to energy law, an arbitrator by the FGV Mediation and Arbitration Chamber, a member of the Camarb Energy Committee, a member of the Fiscal Council of the Forum for the Environment and Sustainability of the Electricity Sector, and a member of the management committee of the consumer.gov platform of the Ministry of Justice. He is also a member of the Brazilian Energy and Environmental Law Association and of the Energy Committee of the São Paulo Law Institute and the Institute of Brazilian Lawyers. He was the institutional and legal director of Abradee (Brazilian Association of Electric Energy Distributors). Wagner is the author of articles on specialized works in the energy sector.
