Alexandre has qualified and extensive experience in public-private relations, with great capacity in analysis and decision-making in highly complex situations, in coping with crises and in resolving conflicts. Federal Judge in Brasília, RS, PR and MT, he was a twice-appointed Federal Judge, Director of the Federal District and MT, Judge of the TRE/MT, the Coordinating Judge of the Judicial Conciliation Center - CEJUC and a member of the Intelligence Center to define strategies for solving lawsuits, both from the Federal Court of Justice in the Federal District (1991 - 2019). National Secretary of Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy (2019 - 2021), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Geological Survey of Brazil/SGB-CPRM and Chairman of the Fiscal Council of the Petroleum Pre-Salt (2019 - July 2021). He was a law professor in undergraduate, graduate and initial training courses for Federal Judges and Public Prosecutors and has been giving lectures and participating in debates and interviews on Public Law topics for over 20 years. He was a member of the tender board for the judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Public Attorney's Office, and the Brazilian Bar Association. Director of Institutional Relations (2012 - 2014) and Director of Legal Affairs (2016 - 2017) of the Association of Federal Judges of Brazil - AJUFE.

Caio has extensive experience in the areas of Corporate Law and Tax Law. He coordinates the federal and corporate tax departments of the CBS. He was President of the Disciplinary Committee and Auditor of the Federal District Unified Sports Justice Court, served as President of the Youth Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association and is a Full Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association — Federal District Section.

Lawyer and Geologist, with a master's degree in Economic Geology and Mineral Exploration, he has 18 years of experience in the mineral sector. He worked at the former DNPM, now the National Mining Agency — ANM, was Tax Advisor at the Mineral Research and Resources Company — CPRM and Director of Geology and Mineral Production of the Secretariat of Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation, of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Bedran has extensive experience in Regulation, Strategic Project Evaluation and Investments.

Lawyer with MBA in Regulation and Postgraduate Studies in Mining Law. He has 12 years of experience in the mineral sector. He worked for the extinct DNPM, in the Supervisory Board, now the National Mining Agency - ANM, was the General Coordinator for Monitoring and Control of Mineral Concessions of the Secretariat of Geology, Mining and Mineral Transformation and a member of the Standing Committee for Regulatory Impact Analysis - CPAIR of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. He served as a member of the Law and Economics Study Group - GEDE/UNB/IDP and is co-author of the works on Mining Law in Focus, volumes I, II and III, and the book Competition Law in regulated sectors: the story told by specialists. He has extensive experience in mining regulation and process.

She is a Researcher at the Sectorial and Regulatory Law Center of the Law School of the University of Brasília (UnB) and a Guest Researcher at the Mackenzie Center for Advanced Studies in Public Policy and Integrity (Mackenzie-SP) focusing on research in the mining, energy, energy transition, ESG and biofuels sectors.
